I'm Coming Out With My First Product: Please Review

I'd first like to thank everyone on this forum for all that they have helped me. I became a CB affiliate a year ago and have really never looked back. The income is coming in consistently and on auto-pilot, what more can you ask for?

I'm interested in starting something new and I've just submitted my first product to be launched. It is in the make-money-online niche.

I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips on how to improve my sales page before I start running split-tests and open it up for affiliates. Please pile up the constructive criticism!

p.s. Affiliates can feel free to start promoting it although it won't be approved for 3-5 business days as I will be running an affiliate contest once the site is approved which will be performance-based. This is a good time to start snatching the rankings in search engines because right now it's fresh and ready to be harvested.

 

I like free affiliate programms where I must not pay any bucks! At first give people some free information and than sell your product. IMHO.

 

The information here is what I am selling, I can't just give it out on my sales page

 

Sales page looks very clean. So I think the site design is good.

As for sales page contents, maybe you should tell prospective customers more about exactly what they are going to get and also more on the benefits.

A good example of this is from another DP clickbank forum member, Tigerpublishing's, shoulder pain sales page. I learned a lot by looking at his sales page.

Hi. Congrats on the launch. Here's my thoughts as I read the page...

* What's IFW? Just from looking at the domain, I have literally no idea what the website will be about. Plus, once I get there and read your headline, I now know it's about making money, but the IFW bit has still not been revealed.

* Graphics are nice

* Your headline is missing a few words I think...

"Forget Everything You've Ever Learned About How Difficult It Is To Make Money on the Internet! The Fastest And Hands Down Most Easy Way To Make Money Online Is ... ?? !"

OR

"Forget Everything You've Ever Learned About How Difficult It Is To Make Money on the Internet! This Is The Fastest And Hands Down Most Easy Way To Make Money Online!"

Without that the second part isn't a complete sentence, and doesn't read well at all.

* First paragraph is good. The following story about you is also good, but be careful you don't focus too much on you ("I"). Remember to always relate everything back to the reader, and how it affects them.

* Your PayPal screenshots are old - 2007! If you've got newer ones (i.e, this year), use them.

* You have unusual capitalization throughout the page. For example, "Here’s Some Feedback On How Our Methods Have Been Working for almost complete newbies."

* Your testimonials and beta tester feedback are good. One person earned $2,000 using your techniques! If you can get a screenshot of those earnings, it would offer incredible social proof. Plus, see if you can get portrait photos of your testers/testimonials. If not, grab some stock photos but be sure to include a disclaimer at the bottom of the page which says "Pictures are for illustration purposes only" or something similar.

All in all, pretty good. Congrats

Wow - thank you for all of the advice especially from TigerPublishing, very nice points. I will respond to all of the criticism one at a time in a longer post coming soon.


Also, I'm absolutely willing to give out free copies to affiliates and am always looking for more testimonials
