    Can I Setup a simple forum in a day? nothing fancy..

    What simple forum software would you recommend? IPB? PunBB?

    Hi

    If your hosting plan has a CPanel and Fantastico you can setup PHP BB in a couple of seconds (literally)! Even without Fantastico this still a very simple install.

    There are a few other open source forum programs as well that are equally easy to setup.

    PHPbb is the best...if u want free hosting service with very easy forums setups..just gor to: forumer.com
    this is the best free forums service i've ever seen..they give u free forum with free host and domain name..
    try it u wont lose anything..

    almost all forum scripts like, SMF, PHPBB, PunBB, are easy takes few seconds to setup. Can also try Joomla with Fireboard forum component.

    my domain is also on godaddy, after registering the domain, you will have domain management area where you can install forums or CMS's etc
