I've had this site going for about 10 months so there's still a little under two months left on the domain. I've made several hundred dollars off of the site in the years time with very little promotion and hardly any up-keep other than actually completing the packages. The site gets generally over 200 unique views a day and it used to get more (It made Alexa's top 100,000 for a couple months) The site has great potential for making some decent cash with not too much work.

The site also comes with a forum for support and questions about the packages and sections for general web-talk. The forum didn't get too much use when it was open but it's a good addition for people to ask presale questions.


The site is setup to pay with paypal but you can easily add any other method and it's easy to alter the packages.

I'm selling the site because I want to focus on another project and don't have time to keep this going. The forum and main page have been closed off and on through this winter because I've been working on another site, however admin-ville is still getting over 200 uniques a day even after being sort of neglected.

Can you post recent income stats (for the last 2-3 months)? That would be helpful.

There hasn't been much activity over the past couple months because the site has been temporarily closed and opened when I couldn't tend to it. I also delete orders as they were completed but when I was keeping the site open 100% of the time and tending to the forum and all I can recall selling two long term packages (150 bucks each) and then user and thread packages were very popular along with various other ones.

 

how much is the start bid and bin???

 

I was just trying to sell it for 50 bucks without any bidding (which I really think it's worth more)

how many packages have been sold in the past and did you have others help do the posting?

 

I can't give an exact number of packages as I delete the history as the packages were completed. Probably around 30 packages, which may not sound like too many but it's a fair amount and keep in mind some packages cost a lot and consist of many posts (which you can alter the price/posts and all)
At the beginning I did all of the packages myself but there was a point where I had several pending packages and I needed help so I hired two posters, we communicated through a private forum on the forum and I paid them varying amounts depending on the package and site.

 

Price lowered to $45, which is a really good price, you can make this back with one package!

 

Cubecart store, forum, directory. Put ads on all those sell packages and directory spots and it can be a good source of cash with a bit of promoting.

 

I will give this a go at $10.00 if you will accept. Possible more if can verify previous income or operation

 

Gah. I thought someone was buying but they bailed out. Anyway it's still up for sale $45. I can host it for a few months if you need time to move.

Also there are 191 total customers, not all have ordered and I think some might be bots but that's just a statistic I thought I'd share.

Okay! Another person told me they were buying and backed out! So I am really anxious to sell this as I am looking forward to starting on a new project. So I'm selling for only $40! The site still maintains over 200 uniques a day!

Okay wow I never thought it would take this long to sell. People keep saying they will buy then back out. I have renewed the domain for another year just last week which cost $15 so there is over a year left on the domain. This will raise the price only 5 bucks to $45. I really want to sell this. BTW the most recent sale was the end of last week.
