You didn't really give enough information, but answer these questions and you will know the answer to yours. WHo is your target audience? Where do they hang out? What do they search for when deciding on which script they will use?

 

That our biggest problem. We're still trying to figure it out. My guest would be teen boys but who knows. What do you suggest me to do to get those informations.

I think the first thing you should do is MArket Research on you traget customers. Then You will choose which solution to handle it.

 

We thought of that but we can afford an expensive Market Researche right now. Do you have any suggestion about what we could do to get those informations without spending money on it?

1.People who wants to make money online using website but without having to hire a developper.
2.Begginner Webmasters and advanced Webmasters

Where do they hang out? :

We try to find out... We figure they probably hang out in webmasters forums and/or how ot make money online blogs and sites. For sure they hang also here ;-)

What do they search for when deciding on which script they will use?:

I think they are looking a lot for low price. Many of them are kids from 14-21 years old. Who want to get some revenues on the side.

They will compare us to some competitors and google our name to find out about our reputation and other info like that.

hotscripts.com is our main one. the others directories we have do not bring lot of traffic.

One of our problems with our scripts is proving to people that you are here to stay and will provide support if they have problems. Support is probably the one of the biggest points. There are so many scripts out there, the only thing that is really going to distinguish is your support.

You need to get testimonials from clients. Having the new section does help.

 

I like your point of view. Those are good tips.

We are already giving our clients a great support. But we could improved the testimonials section.
