Hi, I am running some websites but I have one that receives the most important quantity of visits thus money, too. Currently it is ranking at 533.000 in Alexa. I saw how it were climbing in the rank from 4.000.000 each week. This site is relatively new, it has only 4 months of existence. I am receiving around 1800 unique visits per day and around 10000 page views, and a CTR of about 5%. I did not build a link network, I just focused in write fresh content and provide exclusive and original content for users, I think that was the clue to get that amount of traffic in a short period of time. I would like to know how good or bad is Yahoo Directory to perform a better SEO. I am not a professional SEO, so that is why I am asking that. Thanks in advance
Yahoo directory is an authority directory...even though Google doesnt personally recommend it anymore, it's still one of the top three best paid directories next to BOTW and Business.com.
Getting listed in Yahoo is definatly going to help you in serps. I believe its worth the effort. BTW great work, receiving 1800 uniques already in just 4 months time. i am impressed
if you have all your seo techniques in place like url rewriting, meta keywords, image alt txt, links, site maps etcx... this should keep you in the top of the rankings all the time, dont hesitate to contact for more information
