    Do you have a legal copyright or trademark on any of the words, phrases or content used? Probably not. These types of TOS agreements are used all over the internet.

    1-Do you allow rapidleech for PERSONAL use in any of these packages: secure.offshorehost.eu/cart.php?gid=1 ?

    2-Do you have any affiliate program?

    3-Do you have unrar installed? if not could you install it?

    4- Can you post a 50-100 MB file to test your servers speed?

    offshorehost.com looked really sweet - fast servers, nice and tidy services, but... today they've encountered some major breakdown. Looks like their DNS infrastructire is down... Not nice, especially that I'm looking for a good reseller account in Europe and offshorehost.eu looked very promising. Well, I'm going to look some more...

    I'm going to watch them closely for the next few weeks, if the outage like that doesn't happen again I'm going to consider hosting with 'em. And let's hope it won't happen again, it would be real shame to see another good European host go down.
