The site looks pretty good. I guess I would have to say that I wouldn’t make everything green, like the Google ads. I make them beige (which is green that has withered away). My one negative impression is that all the images are distorted. I’m not even sure if this is a real site. I think you should fill in the About section; it still says stuff about WordPress, which is a bit of giveaway.
Good design and nice layout. But the title loads only after the content has been loaded completely, try to load it faster and give high priority for the title.

Google ads in the header, com'on there is a better place for it. It makes the site un unprofessional. It is better to change the whole header I think you need to revise the book image, it looks squeezed I barely noticed the home and about nav menu. The look embedded in the background.
