Improve the keyword targetting of your site to something a large pool of advertisers might be interested in. That way, there's so many others trying to get clicks that the 1 cent ads are usually drowned out.

Huh? Traffic doesn't really have anything to do with Keywords. Are you saying the content of your site will CHANGE (ads are context-based, afterall) when you get more traffic?

Good content isn't a silver-bullet either, because your site can become targeted by MFA ads which may a penny or two per click even if you should normally be getting $0.15 or $0.20 or $0.50 etc clicks.

The cheap ads you are seeing may be the highest paying Google has to offer in your niche. If you get rid of them, they'll be replaced with even cheaper ads.

I am worry there is nothing you can do about that ,cheap and not cheap click money is come from your own setting at the adsense,so hanging your niche and your adsense Chanel will be the cure for the ill

If you can identify them then use the competitive ad filter.
