I agree with matrixsoftwarez - start by joining MoreNiche and read their great beginner guides. Also visit their forum to get ore help on how to start.

Then start building your website to promote their products. After you have a well established site in one niche e.g. weight loss you can try to apply for the other networks also and tell them that you're going to add their products to your website.

    1) Those 3 networks are big but they are far from the only "major" networks around.

    2) It's no good showing them an adsense content website. These guys are about selling products and not content.

    3) You should try with some of the smaller networks mentioned here first so you get an understanding of the ins and outs of internet marketing. I've heard good things about MoreNiche.

Could it have to do with your location, target traffic, lack of visitors, inexperience?

My experience was the opposite. I appiled on sunday for maxbounty, got a call yesterday and was approved. They want to know how you will go about marketing their products, they want to know what experience you have in marketing and what your knowledge base is.
The fact is by showing them an adsense site it says nothing to them about how you are going to market their offers. All I showed them was my blogger site for an affiliate product at clickbank but I explained that I wasnt going to use websites to market their offers. I said ppc and polls.
However, what I suggest is you ask them to reconsider if you feel strongly about it. Good luck, I think it's got alot of potential, i've seen some pretty good offers on max bounty.

do you mean CPA networks? Well, to get accepted to CPA networks, you should buy domain that has 2 years age at least, then you buy several PLR articles, and try to submit again. Take a look at the design of your website. Also the topic selection for your website will influence a lot: entertainment, health, or beauty are the best topic to choose.

Maybe the best way to get accepted is to create a very tightly targetted mini site. Put your effort into creating 5 great pages, with no adverts, on one item that all networks will want to be promoted.

Submit that as your website. As it's targetted and good, they will probably accept you. You can then submit your other site/s.

We all get rejected by some networks at some time. They all have different criteria. I applied for about 6 new accounts last week and got rejected for 2-3, I think my site visitor volumes weren't high enough (just about 20,000/month). I have a secret mailing list of 16,000 opted in people but I never tell them about that, I just answer the questions about traffic and how I will promote my site.

You will also find some of their clients kick you out. I have been kicked out from two clients because they changed what they would/wouldn't allow. e.g. I was running a list of Paid To companies - and one didn't want to be listed, they wanted to be promoted completely away from people who were just doing it for money. Another one, I have no idea why they kicked me out, I'd written an article about a product-based established catalogue company as a way of making money - and I said you could sell their product online now and told people how to do that ... it might have been they didn't approve of that, or maybe they binned me on low volume, you don't always know and it's not worth getting het up about it, just remove their links and insert a competitor's :)

    Good luck trying again.
