I called them this morning, and they said that I shouldnt be getting porn ads on my site. The next thing I new, I received an email saying that the error was fixed.

That picture was taken a few hours after they "fixed" it... Even after my site is family based...:(

In my opinion, that's an unforgiveable error - the kind of error that could temporarily or permanently destroy a website's traffic. I'd be pretty "up in arms" about it if I were in your shoes.

Maybe it's some mis-undertstanding..? Try talking to them again, they should solve your problem properly... Have you try talkign to the boss of the company and complain.?

Make it clear your not happy, politely of course, if you don't get a resonse ith in 48 hrs remove them. its to dangerous to keep them. If you best go with Google Adsense, despite all my beefs with adsense its one problem you will never have.

Hm, so far I haven't have those problems "YET", but as digitalheaven says, "if you don't get a resonse ith in 48 hrs remove them. its to dangerous to keep them. "

But I think I find Adsense is kind of "harsh" with their service, I saw some post saying Adsense removed them for no reason.. And they were pretty disappointed. I don't think I want to use Adsense even if Clicksor will give me cheesy rates or bad service.

Clicksor sucks in that way. The reason I removed them was the same porn ad stuff....and adult filter was turned on! The first time i saw it, thought it was server stuff, the next time I see it, i'd to take them down..clicksor just plan sucks.

Well, I thought the same first, then I moved to adsense, adsense is so much better. You just have to be a little careful, read their TOS and follow the rules you're ok. I couldnt stay with clicksor as the rates sucked but mostly because the ads are never relevant to my website (so why would my visitors click them??).

I'll just hope for the best and hopfully they won't give me any adult ads. It wouldn't be too pretty to see any adult content on my clean image-based site.

I'd have to agree with this - I've seen scores of posts from disgruntled publishers who've been banned from AdSense, but I can't say I've shared their experience. AdSense Support has always been fair, honest, and straightforward with me - and by the same token, I have with them, as well. :)

I guess you lucky that AdSense has be fair, honest and straightforward with you. Many users from AdSense have been complaining for being too tight. Thus, you have a nice website, so I don't think you need to worry too much. Right now, I am only in the process of thinking about using AdSense. In my opinion, people are using AdSense becuase it is from Google. But as I said in other posts, $50 or $100 minimum payout is pretty ridiculous... :(

Best of luck with AdSense! =)

There are a lot of reasons that people use AdSense, and the one that really can't be overlooked is that Google basically invented the contextual advertising industry. They have a commanding lead in the field right now, much of which is probably due to a really, really big head start. ;) I think that as competition grows and begins to take more market share, Google will be forced to be more accommodating in some areas, two of which you named (full disclosure and minimum payout). :)

That is really discusting! I too have had this happen but not with clicksor instead it was with popuptraffic, it really frustrated me, I emailed them telling them about the ads that showed and they said it must have slipped through? So I emailed them back and asked if they could guarantee me 100% that it wont happen again & I never got a reply so yeah I dumped them!
