Today I've received this email from COPEAC

"I noticed you downloaded a suppression file for a certain offer, but you did not mail anything out. I was wondering if you could provide me with a reason as to why, please get back to me as soon as possible. Failure to respond to this message may result in your account being terminated"

I really have no idea what the hell is she talking about so don't know how to reply back, haven't earned a cent with COPEAC yet, only experimented with some offers using Facebook Ads. Does anyone have any idea what she is talking about or how should i reply?

Suppression files host thousands of e-mails that have opted out of receiving SPAM e-mail. This means that all the emails are high and low quality at the same time - high as in they had to click a button to unsubscribe or opt out, so they're a real person, but low quality as in they delete spam e-mails. I'd be suspicious too if someone sending out e-mails to our suppression list. That would be a cause for great concern, as it'd cause a lot of complaints.

It's also illegal to send emails to an opt-out list, however, if you are smart about it you would download a suppression list from another company and mail it using another companies offers. Just saying :)
