Sorry man, but all the people claiming to have XX uniques when they are only showing awstats are wrong.. if you were to add external stats you'd probably see less than 1000 uniques..

Well, my awstats shows 20,000+ uniques a day, but external stats show 2000+. It is because of all the images etc, users are putting on their profile, awstats just does that..

Agreed, awstats suck and don't show real traffic.

 

I'm going to stick up for the guy, regardless of the quality of awstats reporting the revenue is still legitimate. If you really distrust awstats you could still bid based on revenue.

Also, don't trash this thread just because you hate awstats; pm him your complaints.

He is selling a site based on traffic, any potential buyer should be aware that the stats shown here come from a very bad source

 

if you can show ad unit impressions along with revenue, you can proove your traffic is legit.

I agree that awstats is not accurate, if you can post your referral links then that would show where the traffic is coming from.

I suggest running statcounter.com while selling your site, this is more accurate than other stats program.

Terry - every single site for sale in this forum shows AWStats as a site traffic measurement. Give the guy a break.

 

I'm interested if i can see the revenue stats for May also. I saw the last 7 days worth and it looks like around $23 fo the 7 days, making it about $3.50/day. Why are the numbers so much differnet for the last 7 days and then you had a couple of big days in June?
