Hello everyone I have made 36.00 so far with my Adsense for Content and my Adsense for Search.. I have three questions about the program: 1. When do you request your payment? It is my first month and I tried to add a payment method but this is the message I get: You may select a form of payment after your account balance reaches $10.00 . Learn more... When I click learn more, it just says the same 10 dollars thing- but my account is already at 36 dollars so I am confused- do I have to wait until the end of this month? 2. Can you use you're own search bar? I have a Google adsense search bar, and I have typed things in before into it just to search the web normally so i don't have to go to google, and I have since ceased to do that.. I read that you don't earn revenue just from a search but if a user clicks the Ad's after the search.. so is it ok for me to use the search bar just to search? 3. Do you have to pay taxes on the revenue earned? Thank you! Really appreciate the help.
It is actually when you reach 100.00 dollars and you got paid the following month after you reach the 100 plateau. Check the google adsense payment schedule in your adsense account and this question should be fully explained there JulieV
1. Mb its a bug in your account..try waiting 2-3 days then select payment method ... 2. yes you can use your search bar, but don't click on your ads.. 3. Google only charge tax for US based publishers. hope i helped
As far as I remember, the pin could take about 3 weeks to arrive by post. There should be some official help in this. I think if you do not receive your Pin in 3 months (should double check this), you can request for another one. Couple of other things that will happen at 10$ mark. 1. Automated telephone confirmation 2. Tax Information (for US based publishers) 3. Payment method confirmation
1. This is because you not yet verify your pin number. You can choose your payment option once your pin number have been verified 2. yes you can use the search bar, but never click on the ads 3. only US based publishers will get taxed
Bump.. Sorry to bother but I am really confused about how to get my money.. So, I need to wait until it is at 100 dollars, then a pin is mailed to my house.. what do I do with this pin?
pin is required to verify ur address. adsense will send a mail to your address that you have used when registering. u hav to enter the code from the mail to ur account to verify it. i hav forgot the exact name of the link. perhaps u will see something like "verify your account" in the overview page. or check payment history page for something like that. if google has already sent u a mail & u havnt received it, u can request them to send it again by going there. there may be a upper limit of 3-4 times for sending.

What is the normal payment procedure. Should one always make request to google when the amount reaches $ 100 dollars or it is periodical and automatic ?
The whole thing is just very confusing.. My main question is, am I sent the pin number, and should I have it by now.. or am I sent it once my balance is at 100.00 ?
The Payment will be approved only when your account reaches 100 USD. That is for sure. The payment will be sent to you at your postal address one month later.........
i hav an account with adsense for long time, much before the pin verification process started. but i hav searched a few places now. YOUR PIN CODE WILL BE ISSUED AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE REACHES $10. it may take some time. it took me few months to get the mail. & i had to request for 2-3 times for it from my account
Okay.. I am at 50 dollars and rising.. I can't find an area to request it in my account, I followed the steps from the google help page and it told me a request new pin button was available on the My Account>Payment History area.. but there is nothing to click to request a new pin code.. does anyone have a direct link I can use to request a pin?
