When I want to subscribe to UseNext.com for free, they want to charge me 1 euro for checking if I am a verified PayPal user!

    Is this a regular practice?

As long as it is outlined in their TOS, you most likely agreed to that before you actually paid. It's always best to read everything before signing up anywhere.

I agree with you, but paying for
    verification of my PayPal status!?

    And they have Pirate Software!

Do PayPal allow this kind of sales?

They need to verify that you're not just using a bogus Paypal email address you know. I've signed up to usenext.com and know that this is outlined and made clear that they take 1 euro.

I believe you will get a refund after few days. I'm not sure about PayPal but companies that accept credit card charge $1 or $2 to see if Credit Card is legit or not and refund after few days. It's a normal practice IMO

Ok, so is a normal practice. However, I did not signed up.

I don't like to pay 1 euro to try something pirated for free :)

    Thanks To All.

You most likely didn't pay, they are just verifying your account is real. Your money should be released if you cancel your billing agreement or if you wait 5 business days.

Yeah, I guess you will get refund in few days.. this is just verification. I have seen some sites which charge a small fee to verify your CC or paypal account.
