Job for a PHPLD guru

    Hi,

    I am moving my phpld directory from hsphere to a cpanel host and before making the site live I want a phpld expert to make sure everything is working fine on the new server before going live (Well it is Friday the 13th!)

    Why not pass the job to David at PHPLD site? He can easily handle it, since he knows the script well.

    Transfers are very simple. Just zip the current site backup from the current host and upload it to the new host with database configuration and CHMOD settings.

    If you face issues you can post here, we'l help you out. :)

    pass the jon to an0n (member here) or James (member on the phpLD official forums) and avoid the scammers that would look deeper even into your ass for a buck ;)

    Many hosting companies will transfer the site for you. I know that hostgator does as they have performed transfers with me which went flawlessly.

    There shouldn't be any issues going from hsphere to a cpanel. All of the files and database is all that you need to copy to your new host. Just make sure to keep your old version online until you are certain that everything works correctly on your new host.

    Ive got David from Phpld on the case, well I had it all ported across myself databases and all, just I think some of the files paths were incorrect as on a hsphere system they can use different paths.

    just wanted to be 100% sure that its perfect before going live with it.

    I moved it to a Hybrid Server with Wired Tree so it will have a full Xeon core all to itself.
