    Hi,

can do this for 1cent a word. Below are some sample paragraphs from an article I have written.

Every day more people try the latest diet in a vain attempt to lose weight. What they don’t realise is that it doesn’t matter whether or not they stick to a diet because the bugs that live inside of them are the things that are preventing them from achieving dietary success. For as long as these things continue to live and invade your body it will be impossible to rid yourself of that ugly fat that you see every time you look in the mirror.

The only way that you can lose weight and keep it off is to develop an awareness of what is in your body and take action to get rid of it. People in America are getting fatter and unhealthier with each day that passes, and for the most part this is because they just don't understand what is preventing them from getting rid of the extra weight.

I am a former English teacher and have much experience in the writing field. I began freelancing about 2 years ago and have become one of the writers for Need an Article. I have received over 250 positive feedbacks. However, work is quite slow so I am looking for more work to keep me busy. I was born here in the United States and English is my mother tongue. I usually charge 2 cents per word. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Enclosed are 2 partial samples for you to look at. I am not going to paste my full articles here as they may be taken by others and sold. I hope to hear from you soon.

    Alone in the Desert

I entered the Monastery of Discalced Carmelites in Anywhere, U.S.A. in
August of 1969. Little did I know that the Lord was going to place a great cross upon my shoulders. Mine is a story about the will and determination of the soul to go all in no matter how the odds are stacked against her.

Shortly after I entered the monastery I began to get sick. As the days wore on, my throat became sorer and my glands became swollen. When I went to kneel down and kiss the floor before entering the chapel as was our custom, I felt that my throat was going to pop out of my neck and that my head was going to explode. At that point I did not know what to do. Should I wait it out until it passed or should I go to the mother prioress and tell her that I was sick? I finally decided to say something to the mother prioress because I was getting no better. The doctor was called in to the monastery to see me. He examined me and felt that I had a generalized infection and prescribed injections of penicillin to be administered. There was no nurse available in the monastery, but the lady who took care of the outside chapel was a retired nurse. She was going to be giving me the injections. I remember my very first injection. The drugstore only sent the preloaded vials of penicillin but no syringes were sent. I really did not see a way that this ex-nurse was going to get the penicillin into my arm. She put the needle in my arm and used a narrow object to act as a plunger to push the penicillin in. I was very uncomfortable with this method.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    The Throws of Depression

My experience with depression spans a period of about ten years. Since that time period I have been put on many medications, some which have worked and others which have failed.

Before I get into my depression of the past ten years, I must take a few moments to digress. You have to realize that my problems started way back in my high school years. I really do not know what set me off, but even back then I was a cutter. I used to slash my wrists with razor blades. It was my way of crying out for the help I desperately needed. During one period of my life in high school, I decided to take a long sewing needle and jam it into my stomach. Of course, I would always make sure that there was a thread attached so I could pull the needle back out. On one occasion, I jammed the needle into my stomach, and the thread was not in place. I must have panicked because I ended up calling my mother at work and told her what I had done. She came home and was to take me to the hospital emergency room where my psychiatrist was to meet us. I again panicked and went to the medicine cupboard and took a handful of sleeping pills. I did not say a word about this to my mother as she was already really upset with me. There was a long silence during the drive to the hospital. When I arrived there, the doctor met us and took me into the triage room. When I lay down on the table, the needle shifted and caused me excruciating pain! In order for the doctor to see where the needle was, I had to be x-rayed. When he finally got the needle out he said to me, “There must be some Divine purpose as to why you are alive because you should really be dead.” I guess that was my wake-up call. I remember going home and stumbling into my room for the sleeping pills I had previously taken were now taking their toll. I also remember my mother following me into my room and asking me with a very sorrowful voice, “Why?”

Exploring the Treasures of Scintillating Goa

Goa has always been a special place for all travel enthusiasts. Since the 1960’s tourism has been the primary industry of Goa, which witnesses the arrival of a large number of foreign and Indian tourists through out the year. Along with Tajmahal and the forts of Rajasthan the beaches of Goa attract the maximum foreigners all through the year, especially in the winter months. During this time Goa experiences splendid climate with bright sun shine.

Indians are also in love with this awesome place due to the exclusive amusements offered here. They mostly choose Goa to spend their summer vacations. The exciting beaches and the nice blend of Indian and Portuguese culture makes this place even more gripping for people visiting this place. There are several amazing thrills stacked up in the streets of Goa, discovering each of them is an experience of lifetime.

    Some Stunning Tourist Spots

Every single tourist spot of Goa are separate in its contribution to the heritage and glory of this place. One thing that can be guaranteed is ultimate pleasure and a few days of relief from the day to day hassles.

Panaji: The first of the three chief Portuguese cities and the official capital of Goa. This place has still preserved the Portuguese traditions and the plan of the city has been almost the same as it was in those ancient days. The primary attraction of Panaji lies in the old buildings with roofs of red tiles and hanging balconies.

Every single street of Panaji has cafes and bars welcoming the tourists. People visit Goa largely due to the number of ancient buildings and religious centers of this place. For instance you will get to visit sites like ‘Idalcao Palace’, Jama-Masjid, ‘Braganza Institute’ and many more.

Vasco da Gama: People travelling to Goa by air automatically experience the prosperity of this amazing city, as Vasco-da-Gama is the home for the Dabolim airport. This town was originally known as Sambhaji and now it is popularly known as Vasco. Being the key shipping center Vasco does not attract many tourists, but people related to iron and steel industry often visit this place for business purposes.

Margao: The traces of Portuguese civilization make the commercial city of Margao a special attraction for tourists from all over the world. Many tourists make this city their first destination while coming to Goa, especially when they avail the railway service. The natives of Margao are extremely hospitable and conscious of their cultural legacies. Another cause behind the popularity of Margao is the collection of ancient constructions such as the 'Jorge Barreto' park, ‘Holy Spirit Church’, ‘Chandreshwar Bhutnath Temple’ and the 'Sat Burnzam Ghor' or the room with seven roofs.
Velha Goa: The city of Velha Goa holds the remnants of the ancient Portuguese colonization. This place also contains the remains of the era of Bijapur Kingdom, but these are only a few broken walls surrounding the Sultan’s fort. Here the principal attractions are the church named after St Francis of Assisi and the church of Se Cathedral.

Mapusa: People who are interested in shopping find Mapusa to be the most wonderful place of Goa. This is a must visit sight for the Hindus and even for the people belonging to other religions due to its archaic value.

Ponda: Ponda is known as the center for the Hindus of Goa. This is the place inhabited by most of the Hindus after they moved inland leaving the coastal settlements. Those who are interested in having some intoxicating moments after a hard day of travel in Goa can simply opt for a bottle of Feni. This is a kind of locally brewed wine made either from the palm saps of coconut plants or from fruits of cashew plants. Expert chefs use these varieties in the cocktails of international standards. .
The visitors who like to have fun in unique ways can attend the bull fights. This fight is a bit different from the traditional bull fight. Here the fight is between two bulls and not with the matador. People visiting Goa between October and May can have the chance of watching these thrilling fights with a nice tune of Konkani music playing in the background. The most famous spots hosting bull fights are Taleigao, Caranzalem, Benaulim and Velsao.

The there are the casinos. One should always visit the casinos of Goa to add up more charm to his or her vacation. Here are some top graded casinos offering a wide range of popular games, such as, blackjack, roulette, craps and baccarat. All these casinos offer an exact amalgamation of cosmopolitan culture and native hospitality. Trying the luck in any one of these casinos should be a part of every travel schedule.

Other than all these amusements, there is a typical native form in offer for the people coming to Goa. This is a three day long festival known as Carnival. It was first introduced by the Portuguese invaders. In spite of being a traditional Christian festival Carnival has adopted a lot from the other cultures and religions. A modern Carnival opens up as the blend of diverse western forms of ballet and Hindu traditions.

Getting Close to Nature & Wildlife

Getting close to the creations of nature can be another ideal pastime for the tourists, mostly for the nature lovers. The rocky terrains of Western Ghats houses creatures belonging to a huge assortments of known and unknown species. The wildest forest of the Western Ghats runs through the southern borders of Goa. The tourists who are interested in experiencing the thrill of dense forests can visit the Wildlife Sanctuaries like, Bhagwan Mahavir Sanctuary, Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary, and Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary

There are also a number of eco tourism resorts, which provides the tourists great environment to live in. Rides on bullock carts, camels, and elephants, morning walks in dense jungles, bird watching and spending time in tribal villages are some of the major features that mark the specialty of eco tourism projects. These projects offer the visitors all kinds of facilities in the silence of forest.

    Delicious Native Cuisines

Goa may offer a lot, but nothing can be more wonderful than the typical Goan cuisines. Over the centuries, monarchs from different parts of the world have ruled over the land of Goa. The technique of cooking also altered and evolved with the change of dynasties.

A typical Goanese meal comprises of rice and fish curry. These curries are really tasty and made up of a lot of spices. Use of Goan chilies and coconut milk are common features of most of the Goanese dishes. Most of the Goanese families live on non vegetarian foods and similar can be said about the restaurants. Good quality vegetarian food is a hard-buy in Goa.

Reading on Goa must be a very moving experience, but the real ecstasy lies in travelling around the beaches and narrow lanes of this place. It is not possible for one to have an exact idea of the wonder of this place without actually visiting it.
