There is a min threshold for weekly payments. If you earn $1000 in any one week, you get paid your commission. If you continuously make $1000 / week then you get weekly commissions. Otherwise, it's monthly payments with a $50 min.

Hello. My name is Gennadiy, owner of AdFinity. I'd like to make clear we don't publicly offer PayPal due to the high level of fraudulent affiliates that attracts, however if your account is in good standing with us we will be glad to offer PayPal as a payment option

We do accept international affiliates from several European countries, the UK, and Canada. Otherwise, our international acceptances are monitored closely and selected carefully due to fraud.
