    My first milestone is to bring 150-200 visitors into my blogs. Please help me to achieve this goal.

    What kind of effort do I have to put in order to achieve this target? :)

    It is quite easy to draw 200 unique visitors .

    Keyword with help you get a decent traffic . Since its a blog, i would recommend you to learn about pinging!

    Pinging and keywords will do for a start :)

    try to submit your posts in digg.com reddit mixx and others... i have for a new website (one week) 300-400 uv every day. Also submit it in directories, article directories, post comments on do-follow blogs, post on related forums with your link in signature, do link exchange (3-4 or ways recommended ).
    Pay for reviews, blogposts, and links.
    And also, try to write useful content for your niche and this will help you to get important links (most important) naturally.

    link exchange...forum postings..quality blog posts....and SEO is what you need to do to get good traffic....and also you shud have a good blog design to attract and retain traffic..!
