    Went to my adsense account and havent seen anything different yet.

    I received the same message and i noticed that i have the "AdSense for Domains" service this one is new for me.
    Maybe this is the only change and they just send mass mails to all.

    I saw a link in the report overview where it told Get Started with Adsense for Domains ... It was some time back though
