    SORRY! We contact our US provider and we havent gotten any updates but i did get an email from them 3-4 days ago specifying that they are moving to another DC and i should get new IP's but i havent gotten them yet.

    and For our NL Server, RAID1 is being installed on there for more backup options and etc.

    SORRY FOR ALL OF THIS, you may request extra hosting days after we get backup, i am also freaking out because of this problem, i hope my hosting providers can help or this will be a big mess :(

    EDIT: we have gotten new US server details, however the cpanel license hasnt updated to the new IP, please wait and everything should be done today or tomorrow

    and as for NL server, it is up and running now!

    Both servers are up and running now, we are changing the IP's of all our US hosting accounts and we should have sent the emails regarding the people using private nameservers to change them to the new IP's

    Do not deal with this company, I have not been able to log into my cpanel since ordering the account weeks ago, there support is non existent. I requested help to log into cpanel and got none, I then requested a refund and again, no reply. I do not like ruining your thread but I do not want anyone else to be left with a sour taste in their mouths like I have been.
