    No, there will be no violations to the rules and regulations. You can put the ads to any number of sites without getting them from google.

    You can always use adsense on any page you like - but that page or section must be compatible with google adsense terms - there is no need for you to take permission for every section or page you are embedding adsense with

    Yes, you can but I think if your blog is wordpress, adsense is not allowed.

    You might want to set up custom and url channels (if not already done, and if all codes are going to be the same) so as to easily track their performance across the two sites; You might need to customize the ads - e.g for colour in your blog - not sure if that can be easily done, if that ad was not created specifically in adsense...
