Need a Wordpress Plugin modified

This should be a simple job for someone who knows how wordpress plugins work. I don't expect the job to take more than an hour or two for someone who knows what they're doing.

I need it to auto post the tags when the post is submitted. I don't want to click the Yahoo button then add the tags to the post.
