    Over the last few years I have noticed a growing trend of people who are more interested in pageranking and adsense than advertising a genuine business related website.

    I am starting a poll to see what type of sites the members here own

    I couldn't care less about pagerank and how much money my website makes. I made it just for fun (and to share my knowledge).

    I used to use adsense, but the amount of clicks per a page view was too low so I just took it off (it slowed load times down a lot).

    So have i and i believe the reason is there's so many newbies now who really have no idea, so they focus on Pagerank instead of what's really important and monetize their sites with Adsense because it's Copy/Paste simple despite being a poor income source.
