I'm not quite sure what you all mean because you have a lack of information, but I would call godaddy and see what is up with that..

Definetly get onto them and ask.

But having said that an email stating things have been cancelled does not necessarily mean it is.

Are you sure they are actually from godaddy?

If they are what is there reasoning for cancelling it?

Make sure it isn't some sort of phishing!!!! Go to www. godaddy .com, double check you are not being redirected and log in from there.

yea.. i moved in a domain recently INTO godaddy, and once the transfer was complete.. the registrant telephone number and billing email address was missing, ( although i mentioned that when i moved in )

i updated that right away, BUT there was a mention that incomplete information gives godaddy the right to cancel the domain..

i havent seen this with namecheap.. not even once..

so whoever have domains with godaddy. please check ur domain manager once in a while :)

I got a domain name cancelled by Godaddy around a year ago, this was done a few hours after I had registered it because they did not trust the credit card used for the payment.

They refunded back my $1.99 purchase, yes that was the amount I spent on the credit card!
