If I wanted to have multiple accounts, not that I'd want to - or ever have, because there's absolutely no point - whatsoever, I would be able to create them. Because as a (full time, self employed) web developer of over 10 years, by profession; there's nothing anyone could think up to prevent me from doing so. That's just my random two cents for the day, for what ever it's worth.

    Catch you all later.

Catch you we can. The tricks of the trade we know. Hundreds of Duplicate Accounts we banned. Tempt not by the dark side, it is a journey of no return, one way ticket as duplicate accounts are banned permanently.

No need to warn me of temptation, as I have never had a multiple account. I was banned for apparently having one though, so maybe you should double check your methods. But in any case, I don't intend on having a multiple account, because I am not a moron (and don't fancy much being treated like one - but who does?). BUT, if I "did" decide to, there's no way you could know. Or any 1/2 decent web developer for that matter. It's impossible. I wonder how many of those hundreds of people didn't actually have multiple accounts? I know one for a start: me. But there were probably many others.
