What is the best way to use my articles?

Following up on a number of suggestions I have written 10 new 500+ word articles on my niche. Based on my reading it seems like there are a number of things I can do with them. My question, though, is how should I use them to best increase the traffic to my site?

Should I just publish them to Ezine Articles?

Should I just publish them on other article directories like GoArticles or FindArticles?

Should I just place them on Web 2.0 sites like Squidoo and HubPages?

Should I just publish them on my site?

Should I spin them and do all of the above?

Should I do something else entirely?

Also, is it best to publish a batch of articles all at once or spread them out over time?

And if I should spread them out, what's the best interval? Once a week?

I'd really appreciate learning what's worked for you in the past to increase your organic search rankings and bring more traffic to your site. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

You have put good strategy on your quest for website traffic. I am also in the similar line. Let me learn also as you learn. I will wait for anybody's suggestion.

This is where the testing phase comes in. If you have zero content on your site, now is the time to start getting some content up. However, if you already have content and just need more traffic, perhaps article marketing on directories is would be most beneficial. You have to find the right balance, and as you go along find out what works for you. Article marketing may not even work for you at all, so I wouldn't put all of your eggs into one basket at this point.'

Personally, regardless of the type of website, I would put maybe 3 or 4 of the 10 on ezinearticles.com (once approved maybe at several other article directories so that you can get the additonal backlinks). Then I would put the rest on my website, assuming I didn't have much content there yet.

publish on your own site. After a while, republish on the bigger zines after having made the content unique. After another while, make it unique again ad publish on other zines. Max bangs per buck.

    Some good advice, thanks! :)

As my site is only about a month old and a bit lean on content, I think I'll publish the material first on my site and then submit a completely rewritten version of the same article to Ezine. After its accepted by Ezine, I'll then push it out further to other directories and sites.

Does that sound like a good approach?

^ That a good approach. Build unique contents for your site first. Then, submit the rewritten versions of the articles to article directories. Unique and quality content is king! Submit the articles only to sites that have good reputation - high PR, traffic.

Good idea. I often write some articles on my website, and then sumit them to free article submit website( ezinearticles, articlebase...)

And at the same time, i will try to make some adjustment to make them as "press release", and then submit them to press release website.

I hadn't thought about press releases. Are there any links you can share about how to write them, or where to submit them?

You could also try making the articles a little longer and then contacting blog owners with popular blogs in your niche and asking if they'd be interested in having you "guest blog" for them (meaning write a blog post that they'd have exclusive rights to publish on their blog, and including a resource box with a link to your site, similar Ezine articles).

If they agree, then your get exposure to the blogger's audience, the audience gets (hopefully) good, useful content, and the blog owner gets a new blog post done without doing any extra work. If it works out well, you could even arrange to do a regular guest blog, maximizing the benefits to all involved.

If you don't mind spending a few hours rewriting these articles with Power Article Rewriter you can do everything you just mentioned. You'll have about 500 articles that are about 60-80% unique.

Publish one version of all 10 to ezine articles
put one version of all 10 to these article directories:

    Article dashboard
    buzzle
    go articles
    amazines
    Isnare

create 10 blogs at 10 different blog hosting spots and one you host and put 1version of each on them. Make sure to leave links in anchor text pointing back to your "money page" or article you want to rank.

Create multiple squidoos and Hubs with the different versions and point them where you want to.

Submit your rss feeds from ezine, squidoo, hub, blogger, your own page
Make other feeds at dapper and yahoo pipes
Mix all the rss feeds at Rssmix.com

Basically if your willing to spend 4-5 hours rewriting them, you'll have more than enough content for a while. Then you just do all of the above and start getting traffic.
