Please be honest about everything. you like the design? colors? usability? idea? ad placement?

also I am looking for a review script that will allow me to have the public leave reviews for each band on their specific page. so if you could point me in the direction of one i would greatly appreciate it.

 

hey dark, good idea, but i think the site looks too 90s.

what could i do to improve? i wanted a simple fast loading design. even if you have dsl now pages like myspace load slow. I'm on a 3mbps business dsl line and sometimes myspace takes a while to load a page. i wanted something that is quick and easy to navigate. not something that you have to search where to click to go somewhere.

 

i like it all except that flash stuff on the right.
seriously it looks good and all but that 1 thing only messes up the site.

What flash stuff on the right? the mp3 player? it's so you can listen to the music of some of the bands on the site. I didn't want to embed it so people that didn't want to hear it right away wouldn't have to.

 

The design and the color scheme is not bad and the adsense ad blends in well with
the theme of the site.

 

Your site is hard to the eyes. Make it soft by changing the dark background color to a lighter background color and blend with a light colored text.

 

Nice design but the color is too bright, try to use mild colors.

 

The concept is good but I would like to see more bands on the front page. You could use wordpress or and image gallery script to show the vast amount of content you offer.

Romove the flash from right..make it in center...this will look good

 

just on the main pages or on the band pages too? because if i move it on the band pages then there is no where for their logo/link to their website. that's why it's off to the right.

 

I like your logo but i don't like the colors...change the background color... use a color scheme generator and if make it adsense ready.

 

This site reminded me of DOS based games I use to play.

Darktick13 If you believe in this design just stick to it. you never know the old style may come back again

one thing i would like to suggest is use background color for left side artist list, new bands to make them more visible. or atleast use borders for them.

I like the idea of the site, but you really need to do something about the colors

 

Honestly the site looks like it was made in the late 90's, the first thing I thought was, ah its an old site, you might want to change the colors as it hurts by eyes a bit.

Also I'm not sure if it is possible but you want the adsense to blend into yoursite, not sure if you can remove that border or not.

 

that's why you can search for bands by artist/band/group name, by genre, and soon by location.

ok everyone else... other than the colors and that it looks old. what do you think about the idea and the functionality of the site?
