    I would like to know how does it cost to hire someone in India to do Software Development. Looking for 3-5yrs Experience. What is the monthly salary for a developer?

    Depends from person to person.

    What skill set are you looking for?
    Normally a good PHP guy with 3-4 years of experience would cost you around $700+ for a month.

    in US person without Experience or s/e Degree... (just based on his knowladge) get paid near $2500 Month.. so with Experience and s/e Degree might be near $ 4000/month
