    IMHO it looks great and professional, my only advice is to change the logo to a css placed div and use background image for it.. instep to link it back to your home page using the targeted keyword in the link title..

    This is my only advice as it's better to get the first link on the page specially if it's a side-wide layout linked back with more related keyword phrase than (HOME)!!!

    However you can link the huge header slogan 'Web design, SEO, Web hosting and Professional services' and by using CSS make sure to make the mouse hover text-decoration: none; and properly change the mouse cursor to normal...

    The site is nicely designed but there is quite a bit of negative space in the header
    you could fill that space with some graphics.

    Nice site and design. I think it appeals to the target market - simple, easy to navigate, clear in what it offers.

    I don't think your XML sitemap should be at top on the main menu however. If it were a visitor-oriented sitemap, then yes.
