    You don't need to find a company to build for you. There are so many easy-to-install arcade scripts around for $30-50. I recommend you to use phpArcadeScript.

    I also suggest that. It is a lot much better to buy a ready made script rather than to build your own. Building your own script for your website is time consuming and expensive.

    You can use an arcade script. I like PHPAS and GameSiteScript. I am using both of them and I am really happy with them ;)

    For custom make games,you can go guru.com then hire some coder to code the game for you.
