    -- Lots of plugins, including one for rotating ads, code or whatever you want
    -- great keywords in site title
    -- articles (PLR) set up to automatically post for a long time

    Cons
    -- no list
    -- only modest earnings (could be way more with a proper marketing effort)

    I am not posting the site here, to avoid downgrading its value.

    This is PR4 site, great to be developed. It is ready-made in a number of ways including articles set to be automatically posted, but it needs to be further monetized for sure.
    -- very little revenue: $2.28 Adsense this month
    -- 200 pages indexed in Google
    -- traffic is not huge:
