    Why do you need this script?

    There are great content management systems around like joomla...

    If you are newbie start with wordpress...

    They have lot more features with registration facility :)

    A little more info would be nice. Like, what you're going to use it for, then we'd be better able to help you. But, yes, Joomla and Wordpress are very good free CMS's.

    Wordpress and Blogger are two both amazing sites!

    If you host them on your own host you can add a phpbb forum which will look smashing! :)

    It really depends on your website requirements, but IMHO you could start with WordPress using a premium theme with widgets ;)
