Didn't you know that's how achieve wealth? You try to win the lottery and then when that fails you sue Google or fall in Walmart and sue them. I thought everyone knew that.

    Hello...

Well his story is unique in that he had a parked domain and they tried to stiff him...

Now if your clicking your own ads then thats another story all together..

What this has done is told adsence that YOU need to tell people WHY you took action against them
and banned there site and or with held there earnings... big difference

Just like when they strip your PR or you get a penalty i would hope you get a reason behind
it but google is notorious for not answering anything which is total bullshit.

    thx

That was a good article. It really draws attention to their poor support, although I have been lucky to never have to contact their support yet.

wait a minute. he was banned because he put adsense on a placeholder site before the adsense for domains was launched or he was banned out of no reason?

Will be more interesting when attorneys are involved and set a precedent for which larger sums that are owed are ruled to be reinstated and paid. $740 in small claims court is a small amount of money compared to the millions they have kept.

I would like to have seen a request by this person to Google to provide proof that Advertisers were refunded and in what amount.

Lots of secrecy in the program. But to be fair to Google that is known before one participates.

But overall this is a good thing for both Webmasters and Google. Disclosure is an important part of a business relationship.

BTW: If Google has an office in your home state then they are doing business in that state and you can file in Small Claims court as well. Wonder how much money it would cost them to send a representative to each court date.

Imagine if Google owes you $200; at what point does it not become worth their while to send a representative?

    Interesting post for sure.

From what I see, it could be a stepping stone for more lawsuits to come.

Google is well aware that they have a large base of small publishers who do not have the time and resources to file law suits.
Hence do not expect them to mend their ways!

I think it's important to remember Google doesn't ban publishers for "no reason". They have a reputable system that detects fraudulent clicks etc to protect its advertisers. However, Adsense does lack a detailed explanation when a person is banned and their support is also lacking.

It would be awesome if your link actually related to the text "Get paid 3.7$ per 1000 views" and not some garbage about "path to happiness"...your page made me go down a "path to anger".

Also is that your page? Because it has AdSense on it. Are you displaying it even though you got banned because you are a nice guy, or are you full of it?

what about the people that are not from the United States, where can we complain?
I don't even understand why are people so blinded by AdSens, they are screwing little publishers, and they are allowing a handful of the big ones to show of their profits so that the masses would run and sign up for it, this is all just a big scam, and at the end of it the truth will come out.

After reading this some of the people will post how i am wrong and it is all my fault that i was banned, but these people are the ones that are being used as tool to gather more gullible people for the program......and the abuse of the little man continues.....i thought google was above it.......once
