No one's going to take that offer. Anyone can get paid more just by working at a gas station.

Ha. That's .89 cents an hour! Yikes, do developing nations even still pay that little?

You guys are out of your mind! Suffice to say you would not work for that kind of money. Now, there are plenty people around the world that would accept that kind of money. Everything is relative. If you can't do it, move on.

After all, with your skills and knowledge, you deserve much more money... I mean more. But please take a moment to look at the other side of the coin. Alright, having said that, I want to advice David to rethink his offer. The people who would most likely accept your offer are not on this forum. But it's good to ask.

Maybe somebody knows somebody that can do it. And I bet someone here knows somebody. Selfish aside you probably can hold somebody's hand and get him or her started on a decent assignment.

It's all about making a difference. Take a break out of the hustling mindset and say, "Who can I help started on the right path." Whether it is this forum or a teacher, somebody helped you get started.

Depending on what the work is you can actually have them pay YOU. Its called coaching and you teach them to do something which you profit from. I see it all the time in BST forum.

Well, you can start a thread at BST service section to get a worker. However, honestly speaking, your cost is too low and hard to expect a quality job will be done

Well put wowhaxor. There's an idea. Teach somebody how to do it. Coach her or him. It would be better if it's a person that can't afford to pay you. Just get your money from what they make. And it shouldn't take long to recoup your investment of time. Then you'll leave a legacy.

What kind of work is it? I might be able to find people for that, but i need more description. If its easy and nothing too complicated, then i think there is a chance of getting staff for those prices.

I love odesk.com for finding my employees.

I have 2 that work full time for me for $400/month per person.
I didn't have to train either of them and they are amazing
    workers too.

Oh, the $400/month is after I have given them a raise too.

They are happy with the wages and I am too.
