There's something wrong with this scenario

Its really strange. Traffic on my sites never rises, it always goes down no matter what or hard i market it, hundreds and hundreds of backlinks and marketing effort. Also nobody participates, nobody diggs, nobody stumbles, nobody nothing...no matter if my sites have good content, good navigation, whatever...SIMPLY NOTHING HAPPENS NO MATTER WHAT...

Is this normal or there's something wrong with this scenario? curse perhaps?

Two things come to mind - maybe your content just isn't as good as you think it is - I don't say that to be harsh, but there are so many million sites out there, you need to have something different and memorable to pull people in.
Secondly - communication, networking is a 2 (or more) way process. Maybe you need to engage in more dialogue with blogs/forums in your niche, social network, and really network, not just drop links, that sort of thing

Lol I had to double check I hadn't written this post myself!

One thing I have learnt is Don't get angry or frustrated, this is not good for you!

Adding your website to you signature is a good start. Just concentrate on quality over quantity, that's my main advice.

I must admit it starting to get quite tough online for some to make any real money

What kind of sites do you have? I noticed that if your content is dull or average or just plain crap, then the least you can do is have a pretty or stunning looking website or add some kind of feature that people might talk about it.

Anyway, I'm in the process of the internet marketing side of things myself and came across spicypage.com. It's for bloggers, though, but I noticed the members there are shameless about getting you to look at their site, vote for it, make them your friend, etc. You might want to have a look at that. Maybe that's what you need?

also, did you buy the domain from fresh, or was it pre-owned? Maybe it's the recipient of a ban or something.

Maybe your posts are not so great as you think they are.
Maybe your design is not so good.
Maybe your site's niche is already dominated by other powerful websites.

Just try to act like a visitor, and what would he think about your website. Then you will notice what's wrong.
Maybe some reviews to your site will help improving it.
    Good Luck !

Why is it that a webmaster blames everything, except his site?

Believe me people, it would be easier to make a space ship and land on the moon tomorrow.
All my sites are cursed. Its impossible to make them get traffic, the opposite idea is pure science fiction.

Try a little experiment. I'm trying to think here but it's hard if we don't know what your website is about.

Anyway scan some forums related to your website, take a few notes down, things which people are talking about, having problems with or use the google tool to scan for keywords. google tool

Then build a fresh page with everything and anything that is of high quality and is related to this problem, put a poll on the page, put a comments form on the page and anything else people can interact with, you want people to start engaging with the page, this creates free content and also links to that page when people start sharing the web page address.

visit yahoo answers and see what kinds of questions people are asking about your topic. Create a faq page and link to your posts where you answer the questions.

Again, you must make sure there is a market for what you are selling. Also, have you tried video? start doing some video and blast them out.

Well then, Clades, let your domains expire, and find something else to do.
