This is not leaked...... longtails are a result of googles algorithm not something intentionally done
link anchor text (15%) - this one might be ok. Domain authority (15%) - How does google know if a site is an "authority"? In other words, how can google tell the difference between 2 blogs - one of a real Doctor, and a blog of someone that is a fake doctor? I seriously doubt this number. In community links (0%) - what is this supposed to mean? Links within your own site? Link diversity (5%) - I doubt 5% is even close. Sites need a wide range of links and keywords. On page optimization (50%) - well, I have seen some sites that I scratch my head and wonder "how" they rank well. Site age (15%) - ok, I can see this one. The last time I heard, google had somewhere 150 - 200 points that deal with where a site ranks. There are only 6 on this list.
One sure method not to be hit by the google slap is to ensure you build your site will, with a good site structure, have good content and have very relevant links... The bit about anchor text is not new, as this was always the case, that you need to change your anchor text to ensure that your rank for more keyword variants, however it will be a change if G has installed a penalty associated with the same anchor text in links. Logically this would make it more expensive for spammers to spam forums as they would need to change their anchor text in a link....

Did Google change their algo??? You could not prove it by my site. So far as I can see my rankings have not changed in months. But then I don't try to MANIPULATE my way to stardom - I just serve up CONTENT, CONTENT, CONTENT and if someone wants to link, then so be it. I don't do anything to try to MANIPULATE the search engines to cause them to ARTIFICIALLY rank my site better than it really is.
