    Beware: Past experiences with this host was aweful. Multiple support tickets never answered. Multiple digitalpoint posts remained unanswered.

    Advertises 99.5% update, but only gets 98% and less uptime. Hosting is down at least twice a month for upwards of 5 hours at a time.

    They just start new threads, ignoring all the customers complaints and not addressing them.

    we give 99.9 % server uptime if your vps is down for overloading like ram over usage you need to check it

    Support Tickets are answered in 8 hours most of the posts are made by you and remaining have been resolved all were realting to PHP 500 errors due to php suoin which is explained in our KB

    What do you mean by 'php suoin'? Also, I checked the knowledge base and it is blank. So you are a liar about that. Also, my support ticket(s) were not answered in 8 hrs. It was closed with no reply and with your website holding my website hostage.

    Also, if you reread everything there were 5 people complaining about your hosting being crap without you saying anything about it, except to start a new thread selling your service. Ignoring us and showing new customers exactly what your company policy is over support issues. IGNORE the customer.
