Paypal Withdraw to India Delayed again (Feb. 2009)?

yeah it was somewhere around 18th and 19th but now the 27th one has got stuck...but i have noticed paypal never post the date on which they have transfered the money it always show the day on which we request the withdrawal...

Till the fund has not deposited in to my HDFC Bank Account. Just 5 minutes back I spoke to PayPal Customer care Executive he said it need 5-7 *Business Days. And the fund suppose to be deposited last of this week. While I said please check my account status they said they could not able to do this because there system does not allow to do them such thing.

Still I worried about my money. Please tell any one those are withdrawal fund BTW 26/2/2009 to 28/2/2009 if got money!

I have with drawl fund more then 45 times and always it took me deposited fund with in 24 to 48 hrs after PayPal account status “completed”

If you want to call paypal, they have a toll free number. Install skype on your pc. Calling toll free numbers is free via skype.

Yes, we are on the same boat, I transferred the money into my account on 27 FEB in two transactions and till yet, I haven't get it into my Bank account, and the Paypal is saying that it has been deposited into my Bank.

Its very strange that NONE of the 2 transactions I did to Withdraw Funds to my HDFC Delhi bank on 27 FEB, hasn't been fulfilled. There is another Withdrawl I did on 28 FEB, that I got on 2 March, and what's wrong happened with the Transactions I did on 27 FEB!!!!!!!!

Its normally took 3 days, and till yet I haven't get the money into my account.

What should we all do??..Should we go for Elcetronics media, that Paypal Sucks, and eating our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are making our living and running our business with this money, and Paypal don't care about it!!

Please guys let me know if there is anyone else too, who transfer the money on 27 FEB to HDFC bank and the Funds are not cleared till yet!!

I just spoke to paypal and they said that they know its a problem and them are working on it to get is fixed as fast as they can . GOOD NEWS

 

I withdrew my funds on 22nd Feb and I haven't got it yet. So, don't despair. We're all in the same boat.

 

I also received a mail from Paypal stating that they knew the problem and there is a delay in their part in releasing the funds to the local bank. The mail also confirmed me that i will receive the credit in my bank account on 6th March however. Hope this mail from them is true.

 

Requested money on 03-Mar-2009 and it STILL shows PENDING. :-(

 

Duh; it's been just two days man. People here have been complaining about not getting their money despite waiting for more than two weeks. Please read this thread fully.

I also withdrawn money from paypal on 25 th february to my SBI.
Havent credited it on bank a/c till now

 

The condition is worsening day by day...I thought the problem was with only 19th and 20th...but more and more dates are getting added....
I am now afraid to log-in any withdrawal request!

I wonder...what is taking up these guys so much time in rectifying this problem?

I agree with that. RBI is not to blame at all it is probably only paypal and CITIBANK . CITIBANK is surely disbursing funds in India because when I withdrew by cheques a couple of years back they were of CITIBANK in INR and payable at local CITIBANK branch

 

This is latest from paypal in my emails.This shows they still not admitting the mistake they did and counting this as stand alone problem with individual users.Shame on paypal

 

Damn, my 20th and 27th requests,both are stuck..
