Is it static ip not optional and we must pay for it plus the monthly fees? Also within 5 days if we found out it not suitable for us we can get full refund?

1) static ip is optional.if you need it you can order if you do not need you can use our server share ip.
2) also within 5 days you can request money back and you get full refund if you are not pleased with our services.(however if you order dedicated ip we can not refund your dedicated ip cost, (For Fraud Reason)) and after 5 days up to 10 days again if you are not pleased with our services we decrease $0.5 fom your money and refund it)

this problem cause you enter our hostname to coonect our vpn and for some changing we stop our website but our VPN Server does not stop and it is running. i send you our server ip and please chnage your connection destination to our server ip..now i check your account and it works fine...
