    Well why don't you add your blog address to you signature for a start to get a little free promotion!

    Also when you make a post on your blog send a ping using Ping-o-matic
    to notify the networks you have updated your blog.

    1) Post new articles about your site (no duplicates) in the appropriate categories on Digg.com

    2) Viral-market on Myspace & Facebook, using comments and private messages to as many users as you can

    3) Post on forums and blogs with your site's URL in your signature.

    4) Spread word of mouth advertising to as many people and Gaming communities as you can.

    5) Have all your friends, family and members help you repeat the previous 4 steps.

    One of the first steps is link building. Add a link to your blog in your signature here on digital point. Join a few gaming forums that allow signatures. Add a link to your signature with targeted keywords, and then start posting.

    Since your blog is about games, its going to be easier for you to build backlinks from gaming forums, then a forum about basket weaving.
