    You had any success friend?

As advised, discuss all this with some good lawyer before its too late. These people can still be traced since you wired the money to them.

I was talking to her on msn and it was all going smooth then I told her that I have a friend you scammed and I am on the phone with your bank. I told her to refund your money or serious charges will apply now she blocked me, we'll get her don't worry.

If the seller has received the payment, they must have withdrawn it immediately and also closed the account. And if I am not wrong, there must be operating in the following manner:-

1.Open a bank account and that too Savings account and not current account because anyone can open a savings accounts while for current account you need documents.

    2. Receive payments from the buyer.

    3. Withdraw the funds and then finally close the account.

    4. Then open a another savings accounts in some other name and repeat the steps 2,3 & 4.

Friend, you are lucky. You at least got 212 EUR instead of loosing the entire 320 EUR.

And if you remember, I had mentioned that how these people work:

Anyways, next time be careful. And if possible, always try to purchase from reputed malls like amazon, yahoo etc. To be frank, eBay is also not very safe these days. They say that it is but in case of disputes, it only wastes your precious time and your money is held until the dispute is resolved.

Take care friend and don't think over this again and again.

If you are looking for a wholesaler, make sure you have their full particulars and use an escrow service to protect yourself.

Inform your bank about this and ask if there is something they can do to reverse the transfer. If not, try to contact Bank of China too and tell them the real story. They might be able to talk with Sara and ask her to return the money as the depositor wants the money back. Not sure though if this will work but it's worth a try.
