I am a huge Manchester Orchestra fan. But they are more "indie" than "techno".

My website has lots of bassline, 4x4, & speed garage.

may not be to taste but all is free - www. dabasshouse .co.uk

when i want to chill out something like snow patrol, oasis or old skool rap like nas or mobb deep usually does the trick or my favourite dubstep track of the moment -

La Roux - In For The Kill (Skream's Let's Get Ravey Mix)

Wow, I read through that whole list and most people just recommend online radio! WOW, online raido sucks. I have 50gb of quality music I listen to at 1.5x speed and it absoloutley kills radio!

For dance and techno why not try
    VA - 6 Dimension Soundz
    VA - Armada Trance
DJ ranking does some good remixes
give Ronald Jenkees a listen, some of his stuff is alright if you speed it up a bit after you've listened a couple of times
    Usher remixes are alright
Bass Hunter and DJ Hipo also do some good remixes
    Euro Dance Club Mixes
I love some of Future Trance

There are many others man. If you searches aren't working then try these words:
Trance, electro, electronica, techno, dj, remix, euro, dance, club.
Some of this music is listenable but as there are that many different styles you might find you like techno and hate the rest, etc.

    Hope this helps you bro!
