Try to contact your buyer first and ask him about this as only he can give you proper answer for this.

    DON.

Best thing to do is to give paypal ANY information and documents concerning to this transaction, you have to fight for it. Also calling up paypal can help resolve it also.

That's not an error ;) You can see this message if someone has asked his bank to return his funds !
$50 is a small sum, but if it goes higher - call PayPal and talk to them .. that's the easiest way to sort things out :)

It is the problem of buyers. Try to connect with buyers to resolve the problem.

You should first talk with the buyer on what is issue was and try compromise with him stating your hard work put in and ask him to revert back the dispute. It happened to me once and was successful. If the buyer cancels the dispute then you can get back your amount.

Till now, no reply from him. Let him RIP :(

I removed the sponsored review so this is not a big issue at all.

I just want to know more about ...

What caused this (the text in bold)? Seller ? Bank ? or something else ?

    Thanks :)

It was done by the customer, they probably called their bank and said it was unauthorized or something....
I guess the one who bought it paid using an hacked account...

The buyer has asked his bank to chargeback. Even if you provide proof of each and everything , you are not going to get that money.

PayPal provides no protection for sellers. If you are selling digital goods, you are really relying on the honesty of the purchaser to not reverse the payment.

brian65 that is not true. PayPal can only claim the side of the party who has the better evidence, and if neither have evidence, they base it on reputation.

@bilawal360, not necessary, if the credit card company or bank is involved, paypal has no power to overrule it, in that case the decision of the card company/bank is final
