And since the OP is from India, the above description suits best and this domain is NOT at all worth the BIN price

HUDA is a govt. authority that takes care of the development of the city.

That was my exact thoughts but I wanted to be sure I wasnt missing anything. I just couldnt figure out who in the world would pay that kind of money for a domain that would only get INDIA traffic if any at all. Most of them over there are trying to hack servers and what not.

 

This is a great domain, shame I have to renew 50 domains this week lol.
