How to get rank on top of google? Have done all and still not able to get it?

Hi there,
I wonder if any expert can tell me how can we increase the ranking of our website. We have been trying to do all the linking,etc. Even check out our competitors links and believe we have done some on page optimizing on H1, etc keywords.etc. But until now, we are not able to rank top of google and found out even our new competitors are able to rank better than us. Any idea?
Even with our domain name (with our own domain name keywords), we are not ranked on that as well. Wonder why?
I would really appreciate for your advice and a step by step on how should we do about it?

without knowing what you are trying to rank for, it's unlikely anyone can help you except to say 'more backlinks and more unique content onsite'.

 

I understand that you have done linking..optimization...etc..but still it depends whether it is done professionally and as per seo standards and finally it depend on the keyword's competition. As we know.....everybody try to be on top 10 or 20 but its not possible what is the keyword if you can share if not url please? Also try to get link from high PR site and edit contents of the page as per relevance to the keyword.....

 

Yeah, contentboss is right - without details about your KW and site it's impossible to give some advice.
One thing seems clear from your statement; if you are not even decently ranking for your domain name there are major errors in your site set up (onpage SEO) and or navigation design!

 

SEO is always around Unique contents, Good Back links, Relevant keywords and more Hard work

 

Dude, if you are going for competitive keywords, this may take at least 6~7 months if you are very very smart and know the SEO game.

othrwise, with a less competitive keyword (long tail), normally you should rank within 1 month.
but it depends on your knowledge and especially "How you Link?"

EH, i forget to tell you something,
generally with less competitve keyword, internal SEO "on page SEO", has a great effect.
So i advice you do "on page SEO" properly.

 

Get More Quality back link with Google.com so surely you get better result with your site...

You are running two identical pages index.html and index.asp but your lingerie-supplies.com direction shows a different page - you should change that, they should all be identical, better just one version or a 301 redirect to the one you want to show up!

Your title has 103 caracter 80 should be the maximum, less better (Welcome to Lingerie-Supplies.com - could be easy removed from your title)

6 times "lingerie" in you keyword meta tag - 2 times is more than enough!
46 KW in that tag (some are not to find on the page) you should use only words that can be found on the page and not more than 10 - 15.

Your description meta tag has 240 caracters - maximum 200 and it should ideally be a description of the page content written in 2 sentences.

check out your all backlinks are they quality backlinks. And one thing more backlinks you get should be both dofollow and no follow other wise google will see it as not natural process and never rank you high.

Keyword research, and then putting in places like the header, title, description, content, alt tag, anchor text and then comes the Off Page activities like link building, article writing and submitting and forum posting, social bookmarking and blog commenting.And to make the money that you expect you need to be patient as well. Nothing will happen overnight.
