Well this thread is all about aesthetics review and if you want tips on SEO, I guess you can visit the SEO thread for that. Anyway, your site's design is good specially the sliding product banner/graphics. Imho, you need to improve on your header to make it standout from the rest.
I like your site Skyper2! In general website has good design! The only thing I would like to concentrate your attention on is logo! Create a professional logo and work more on website header - there are many empty spaces there! Also I think it would be better to center all footer menu items properly! Three blocks at the bottom are not located very accurately - it can be considered as a small bag! Green-color combination is well-selected and very pleasant for eyes! Good job man! Thumb up!
I see that you rank number 1 and 2 on Google US. I would imagine that it would be the same process for Google that you followed to rank highly here.

I have checked your site in IE6 and there is no problem as said by some one. The only thing that bothers me is that you have used 3 flash files and not every one will allow to run activex or may not have flash player installed. In that event your site looks empty.
