PayPal withdrawal dealy to HDFC Bank

    Hello Guys,

    I've just gone through the other threads and seems most of the people are facing the same issues.

    I'm using PayPal since last 1 years and always get money in 3rd OR 4th day in my bank account but this time I've made withdrawal on 20th Feb to my HDFC Bank account but didn't get money in my bank account.

    My 1 client has made wire transfer from UK on 21th and I got it on 28th but didn't get the PayPal money :(

    Is anything going wrong with PayPal? Should I call them OR just wait for money? Please let me know..

    This is really annoying issue. I am also waiting for my 600$ i withdrawn via paypal on 19th feb

    Letme see what is going to happen, however I have also withdrawn on friday which i got today in my AXIS A/C

    Not just 19th and 20th. I withdrew funds from my paypal account on the 22nd and I'm facing the same problem too.

    Sauru,you are right.. There is some f**king stuff going on at HDFC bank. I did it on 20th and no money yet..

    I do not think that the problem is restricted to HDFC bank alone. There are people having accounts at other banks in India who are facing the same problem for payments processed on the 19th.

    This is either PayPal or RBI problem. It's not about the banks.

    This is really getting crazy now, the transfer that I made on 25th Feb is still not showing in my HDFC account.

    I agreed that there is some problem with 19th and 20th Feb withdrawal transactions.

    But transfer that i made on 25th Feb to my HDFC already there in my bank account as on 27th Feb.

    Does paypal ever give out reasons for such delay?
    Money has an important time value and so many people are taken for a ride...and that too so much casually! :eek:

    There has to be some accountability....After all, paypal does collect huge fees from us and it is not providing this service for free! :mad:

    Count me also.. I had done my transaction on 24thfeb and still waiting for them.. and this my first transaction to my HDFC Bank. :( Will there is any chance in loosing our money.??? How long it will take to resolve?? Have any one mailed PayPal regarding this problem?

    I understand that Don, I just spoke with the guys at PayPal. I had 2 transfers 1st one got cleared fine and the 2nd one did not go through and the guys at PayPal say that the 2nd batch was delayed, so still waiting on the payment.

    Well I have withdrawn on 22nd feb and yet I have not got money into my HDFC account. :rolleyes: Although the Paypal says Status : Completed I guess problem with HDFC side not from Paypal

    I think there might be some problems with RBI, they might have many pending transactions to approve which was caused due to the holidays.

    May be RBI works on "last in, first out" basis, new transactions are completed first before pending ones and..

    No,we dont have that right lol..
    Only PayPal can ask them...

    I have just abused Paypal and contacted them with my transactions details..
    Not going to act low this time..
