It's rare that I sell anything pre-written as opposed to normal client work. This site (and several others - including a current auction for a money saving tips site) are being created and sold as an example for readers of my freelance writing blog, showing them how they can create and sell content sites as an additional revenue stream (I'll remove any links to the site from that blog if you request it post-sale, but general details like the niche, amount of content created, sale price, etc. will still be there as an educational tool. If you prefer keeping the live links, you're welcome to do that too.)

BIN and reserve price are based predominantly on the content.

Payment: Payments are via Paypal or credit card via Paypal only. Files will be sent when the deal closes and is confirmed by the buyer. Domain transfer info will be sent after payment is received / cleared. Please note that the buyer will need to upload the site to their own server - I don't provide hosting.
