We don't oversell, although we also can't offer things that cheap. The people who are true to their word, and who actually don't oversell when they say they don't could not offer something for such a low price. Everything there but the space and bandwidth is possible for your price. Consider lower the standards or raising the price just a bit?
I think that in your situation VPS server will be better then reseller account. Or some kind of specialized account will be fine as well
