    Hi,

I try allinanchor:keyword and see my site stand @ # 9, but I can't see it in SERP (Google).
Some days ago, I found it @#346!!!

    What should I do?

Then you need to start some off site SEO. Build links. Look for quality above quantity. The more you can make them look natural the better.

Thank you, shailendra and JohnS0N. Rep+ for your help :)

In the past, I tried putting links on my signature, and gain about 1k+ link for that keyword.
Since I can found my website nowhere in SERP, I removed them.

Should I continue putting links on signature?

No, signature links are worthless for google (they can help in yahoo and msn). Try getting incontent, relevant and possibly high pr links. A link with one or more of the below qualities is a great link. Otherwise you can do some social bookmarking, directory submission, 3-way link exchange, link buying, links from web 2.0 social interaction sites like squidoo, hubpages, etc... don't forget your anchor and vary it. For example if your anchor is "nice blue widgets" use many instances of these keywords like "blue widgets", "nice widgets", "widgets that are nice and blue", etc you get the idea.
